This is done through a client-centered, positive focused approach using CBT, Solution-focused, mindfulness, DBT, and expressive arts. She works with the mind and body while integrating spirituality if it serves the client. She has experience working with disabilities and sensory issues and specializes in working with children as young as five through young adulthood.
