With a deep-rooted belief in the power of human connections, Aleah is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with themselves and others. Using a wholistic mind-body approach, Aleah works with children, adolescents, and adults to create a safe space within the therapy room to navigate complex emotions, challenge fears, and identify interactional patterns.

Through new awareness and perspective, Aleah aims to create safety within relationships to heal and strengthen emotional bonds as well as transform the ways people relate to others leading to happier and healthier lives.

Additionally, Aleah works as a gymnastics coach where she incorporates mental toughness and mental wellness training to create a healthy sport environment for her athletes.
