Anne Osielski, MA
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
I believe that healing begins in safe, connected relationships—whether that’s deepening
your bond with a partner or building a more compassionate relationship with yourself. My
goal is to truly see you: to understand your story from the inside out, and to help you find
meaningful, sustainable ways forward.
Drawing on my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I work with couples,
individuals, and families navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. My background includes experience in an intensive treatment program, where I supported clients needing higher levels of care, equipping me to work with complex and layered
issues.
I also bring a unique, personal perspective to the therapy room. Raised by American
parents doing Christian ministry overseas, I have firsthand insight into the complexities of
cross-cultural identity, attachment wounds, spiritual concerns, and the nuanced ways
these experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
