All clinical staff go through the Associate Staff Program on their way to becoming Senior Staff. This program lasts for 6-12 months and is organized to help therapists develop what is necessary for a successful career in our communities.

Key components of this program include:

• building up a stable and diverse client caseload
• establishing and maintaining excellent community relationships
• understanding how mental health fits into the ever evolving health care system
• balancing life and work so we can thrive for a whole career, personally and professionally

To enter Centennial at the Associate staff level, a therapist must hold the highest level license in their discipline.
