Cassie enjoys working with individuals who are ready—or not quite ready—to explore their emotions and the changes unfolding in their lives. Whether you’re a teen figuring things out, an adult navigating a life transition, or someone simply wanting space to process verbally, Cassie curates a space where you can feel grounded, safe, and empowered to make meaningful growth. Cassie brings curiosity, empathy, and a thoughtful sense of humor to her work. Cassie views it as a privilege to walk alongside her clients in their therapeutic journey and holds onto hope for those who may struggle to find it for themselves.

Cassie has experience working with individuals of varying ages and enjoys connecting with people on all walks of life. She has worked closely with individuals experiencing addiction, suicidal ideation, and severe anxiety in hospital outpatient settings.

Outside of work, Cassie is an outdoor and pet enthusiast who loves spending time with others – especially with her border collie, Archie. She loves animals, coffee, and people!
