Katie’s approach to therapy is client-centered collaboration. By working together to establish goals and create an individualized treatment plan, Katie provides a safe place to share one’s concerns. Katie develops a trusting and supportive environment and treats each client as an individual. With a background in residential treatment for addiction, Katie understands the many levels of recovery. Katie sees clients ages six and above. With the use of humor, CBT, and DBT Katie provides a place for each client to grow.
