Kayla believes that the stories we tell ourselves matter. Using a client-centered, body-based narrative approach, she is particularly interested in working with individuals and couples to untangle how trauma and transition have impacted their stories. With a history of working in the mental health crisis field, she does not shy away from the hard stuff. By paying explicit attention to the narratives we construct, she facilitates healing, skill integration, and present-moment awareness.
