Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Lindsey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who prioritizes using a warm, authentic, and evidence-based approach. Her crisis work with patients in hospital settings and therapy settings has allowed her to be well-rounded in seeing the big picture for clients in their whole wellness. Lindsey meets clients where they are at and is creative with approaches to helping including using play therapy, mindfulness and DBT skills. She is passionate about decreasing the stigma around mental health and creating a space where clients feel comfortable working toward lasting change.
